I grew up in Mesa, AZ then moved to Atlanta, GA in 2004 to take a promotion. I met my Husband in 2007, we were married in St Thomas in May 2010. We have three "kidz" - aka dogs...Happy, Annie and Cue-ee, all rescues.
My favorite things to cook

Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I followed the recipe. The only change was covering it with foil the first 10 minutes so the chicken wouldn't dry out too much. I thought it was okay. My husband seemed to like it much more than I did, thus I gave it 4 stars.

Baked Chicken and Zucchini
Super easy to throw together and we really liked it. I followed other reviewers suggestions and put the zucchini straight into the 9X13 pan. They were cooked, but not mushy. Perfect!! This one will be a regular in our rotation. Thanks for sharing.

Garlic Bread
I tripled the garlic and garlic powder based on previous reviews. Made for a great garlic flavor. My loaf came out HUGE. I have a 2 pound Zo machine and it rose so high it was touching the top....ended up about twice as tall as most of the loaves I've made.
