Australian male with an American wife, I have 2 children, a boy and a girl. I share alot of the cooking but rarely produce the same meal twice as I hardly ever follow recipes. Soups and curried sausages I make a pretty mean potato bake....but am known for my baked poultry. My cooked chook and stuffing is second to none. To many to list......but none would equal my mother fish pie.
