Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
This was awesome! I used roasted garlic that I had left over from a previous recipe. Also, I didn't have any wine, dijon mustard or honey so instead I used molasses in place of honey and honey mustard in place of the dijon. Bam! Will be making this again!

Sweet Potato Casserole II
This was awesome! I made this for Thanksgiving and because there were a lot of people watching their sugar I used a Splenda mix for the potatoes and a brown sugar Splenda mix for the topping. I also added cinnamon to the topping. Simply mahvelous!!

Raspberry Dream Bars
Very good cookies, received rave reviews, had no leftovers. I did increase amount of raspberry preserves, 2/3 cup not enough. This is definitely a keeper!
