love the crust! followed the recipe and the crust came out brilliant. had to bake it for more than 15 mins though. *** greased and dusted the pan with a lil flour so the pie slid off the pan perfect. i did my pie with 1/2 strawberries and 1/2 cherries. great combo. except next time i would use more berries and less gel ;)

great chocolate cake recipe. used a simple chocolate frosting (1 cup icing sugar + 2 tablesp butter + 1/2 teasp vanilla extract + 1/4 cup cocoa) and topped it with walnuts. brilliant. with the frosting, it makes quite a big cake ;)

brilliant. needed a diary free recipe and this was perfect. used this to make muffins (got about 15 muffins from this recipe)... used more bananas and added in chopped walnuts and it was great. thanks!
