Followed recipe exactly and it was amazing. Everyone enjoyed. The only recommendation I would make is to cook the bacon a bit before as it won't cook all they way once rolled into the steak. Thanks for the recipe!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

This was fantastic! I seasoned the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some lemon. Followed the recipe...it does make a lot. Family raved about it, I will make again! (I used the leftover sauce on boneless chicken breasts a few nights later, yum!)

Churros II

Easy recipe. At first, tried a pastry bag (disposable), but it broke. My sister pulled out the "Super Shooter" (used to make spritz cookies). Made it a lot easier to make them. Didn't bother coating with cinnamon and sugar til they were all fried. Seemed to work just fine.

Vodka Rigatoni

Super easy recipe that is so delicious! My 4 year old even gobbles it up! I have made this recipe for a few years now, and everyone who has had it thinks I slaved over the stove for days. I have always omitted the crushed red pepper flakes and the peas, but that is just a taste preference. I will be making this recipe for years to come!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Made this recipe for my sister's baby shower. Used Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce. It turned out fantastic. The men in my family devoured whatever was left later that night. My husband loved it so much he plans on making it for his firehouse. I will make this again! Thanks for the recipe!
