Italian Rice Balls

great recipe - i also threw in some grated mozarella cheese..... it can also be used with left over rice, it's a bit more tricky but it is also good. thanks VInce!

I hadn't even thought of this dip since i worked in Northern Italy for a few months in 1980 - it's a bit different than i remembed it but still good and rich!

The whipped cream with maple is great - i use only realy pumpkins and put the maple in with the pie as well - maybe it's overkill??? but GOOD!
