Italian Rice Balls
great recipe - i also threw in some grated mozarella cheese..... it can also be used with left over rice, it's a bit more tricky but it is also good. thanks VInce!

Farfalle with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon
This is a great dish for a dinner party -no muss, no fuss; can be made a bit ahead and the cook can enjoy the company.

Bagna Cauda
I hadn't even thought of this dip since i worked in Northern Italy for a few months in 1980 - it's a bit different than i remembed it but still good and rich!
