Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Excellent. I used 1/2 the breadcrumbs and almost 16oz of the pasta. So delicious!

Apricot Ginger Game Hens
I picked this recipe out for my husband to make for a dinner party. It came out wonderfully - and we only marinated them for 6 hours instead of overnight. Next time we make it we'll marinate for longer. I've already emailed this recipe to friends.

Grandpop's Special Chocolate Cake
This cake got rave reviews!! I couldn't believe how easy it was to prep. I was worried when it came out of the oven really dark but it was perfect, spongy and moist. I used a different frosting recipe and added some raspberries. Excellent cake - I will make it again.
