Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Fantastic! I made this for work during the holidays and people loved it. I used about 2/3 c applesauce and 1/3 c oil instead of the full cup of oil. I also used half whole wheat flour and half white flour. Next time I will try using more whole wheat flour. Thanks!
