Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Easy and delicious. My husband was skeptical when he sat down to the table--he was pleasantly surprised and had seconds.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
This was really good and easy. Great for a potluck. I had the hardest time finding chipotle sauce because I kept looking with Mexican foods. It was with the ketchup, marinades, etc.

Banana Crumb Muffins
This is now my standard for over ripe bananas! Sometimes, I make the muffins then freeze them in a ziploc bag--then microwave them for breakfast
