Very active with road and mt. biking,surfing,hiking,gardening and photography. My wife Jan loves the fact that dinner is ready when she gets home from work. I was a cook before I was a meatcutter(the last 33 years)and have found the knowledge of how to cook invaluable in my trade. Lasagna,sushi,BBQ,bread,seafood,Mexican..just about anything but curry, Indian food or things that bite back. Cooking all day Thanksgiving and watching everyone enjoy my work. Cooking for a summer on an 85' yacht up in Canada and Alaska. Had a great time,saw alot of cool things and met some very nice people. Cooked a helluva lotta salmon. No real tragedies, but numerous learning experiences.
