Is married to a wonderful husband that has me truly spoiled as in cooking for me and doing house chores. Since I have been laid-off from the recent job, I have taken over my kitchen once again. We have been married for 29 yrs and still going.

Thanksgiving and Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I do both Turkey and Ham.

Special Pumpkin Bread
This is the best pumpkin bread that I ever had made. It was so moist. I did use vanila pudding instead of the coconut creme on the last 3 batches of the pumpkin bread.
