Nanaimo Bars II
one batch was ok but the other came out too soft. will double chocolate on top next time and will not melt butter before adding to sugar so that icing is firmer.

Classic Gingerbread Cutouts
Really good other than the dough being a little dry and hard to work with at first. By the time it had been rolled out a few times, it was better.
