Alaskan BBQ Salmon

Very Salmon! I added more than a sprinkle of liquid smoke and baked it! It turned out to be great! Suggestion, before cooking add a little salt to give it an enhanced taste.

Frosty Strawberry Squares

I absolutely loved this recipe! The next time I will make it, I may cut back on the sugar a little bit. The brown sugar and the natural sugar from the strawberries is enough to make it sweet. Maybe 3/4 cup instead of the entire cup! It's a great cool treat for your family!

Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

Chicken Nut Puffs

The Chicken Puffs were great! I actually used some spicy chicken with this, the one thing I had to add was more buttery, because the mix was becoming too thick to continueto stir. Very good!

Carrot Cookies I

This recipe is awesome! My mom even loved it! I will definitely make this again! Suggestion, if you want more of a carrot taste, use more than a cup of carrots. I also had to use more flour to make the mix more stiff.

Spicy Cajun Shrimp

This recipe was so quick and easy and it was very good!! I used basil vinagrette dressing and had these shrimp on top of spinach and it was wonderfu! I cut some of the spices in half and it was just as good. I also tried it o1n drummettes and everyone loved it Thank you for submitting it!

Easy Apple Cider

Awesome, just made it for my family tomorrow. Made a couple of adjustments, use apple juice,also add 1/3 cup of sugar, and 4 cinnamon sticks instead of 3 makes perfect cider!

Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

Loved it!! It was awesome and quick. I just made this mac and cheese for my family for tomorrow! One suggestion, use more egg, it helps to bond the cheese together and also use butter to break up the macaroni when you are straining it.

Sherry Wine Sauce Chicken

Awesome!! I loved this recipe, it was a break from the normal chicken!! It tasted as if it was from a High End Restaurant and my guests loved it!!The only thing I will add in the future is a little seasoning! other than that it was perfect!
