Special Buttercream Frosting
This came out wonderful. I usually have a hard time with frosting, but this was creamy and delicious! PS. I sub'd shortening for butter.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I made this stuffing for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit! I actually sub'd the cranberries with chopped dates for something different. I will make this every year. Fantastic!

French Toast Souffle
Kind of blah, but did the trick. Filled some bellies. Next time I will add maybe 4 eggs with 4 egg yolks to give it a richer flavor.
