Easy Mexican Casserole
Made this dish tonight....it was OK..nothing special....needed a kick to it...I added taco seasoning to the meat as was suggested....and sprinkled the chips on top after cooking....may make again but will make a lot of changes..

Cranberry Sauce I
I made this for Thanksgiving this year. It was superb. I don't eat cranberry sauce but the rest of my family does and they all said it was excellent!

World's Best Lasagna
This was really good! I didn't follow it to a tee but I never do. I did use virtually all ingrediants but I have a habit of not measuring but I used everything but fennel seeds. I cooked the meat and sauce the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight to absorb it's flavors then simmered for about an hour. I did not add salt to the riccota mixture as I feared it would be too salty. It was perfect. I also did not have garlic cloves on hand so I subsituted garlic salt (about 1 tsp) this is a keeper!
