Soft Sugar Cookies IV

I was looking for those really fluffy small white cookies. I liked these cookies, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. I didn't frost them, and froze half the dough for another use.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Great salad!!! I threw in a few extras..I used a green bell pepper and about 1/2 cup of roasted red pepper; I also threw in a couple of roma tomatoes. I didn't have any pinto beans and forgot to add the cheese. It was still fantastic! When I eat the leftovers today, I will add the feta! I also used a pomegranate vinegar instead of balsamic, which was really tasty!

Corn Dog Muffins

These were such a hit!!! They were gone in minutes, and they're WAY better than frozen corn dogs!! Worth the extra 2 minutes to whip them together..I finely diced my hotdogs and mixed them into the batter before putting them in the muffin tins.

B's Cordon Bleu Bundles

My family loved this. I used a box of frozen spinach...feta instead of brie, and didn't have any prosciutto, but didn't replace anything for it. I also used the crescent sheets and just rolled everything together. I know that sounds like I changed everything, but it was still the same idea..Thanks!

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Super easy, and really good. I left out the onions and, shred half of the beef in the sauce, and left half without sauce. Both ways were good.

Baba Ghanoush

I really liked this dish. I took advice from others and let my eggplant drip in the coliandar for an hour. I scraped out the seeds and continued as the recipe stated. It was really yummy on flatbread.

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

I really tweaked this recipe. First of all, I didn't use the chuck roast at all. I just used leftover taco ground beef. I made the sour cream/cheese sauce, but used a lime sour cream. I used shallots instead of onions and just regular cheddar cheese, and I definetely didn't fry my tortillas. After rolling them, I poured a homemade taco sauce over the top and then topped with more cheese. So I kinda used the recipe as a base, but I changed alot. My way was delicious! :)

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Excellent! This is fast, easy and delicious..I used keilbasa just because it's what I had, and ommited the onions for an allergy. I loved the white wine in it; it gave the dish great flavor!

Beef or Chicken Marinade

This was delicious! I marinaded mine for about 5 hours, and it was very flavorful. I drained and reserved the marinade, browned the meat with some veggies and added noodles for a quick lo mein. I poured the reserved marniade over it and tossed it all together! Everything was so flavorful! I will definately keep using this marniade!

Cabbage Jambalaya

I left out the celery and added a bell pepper. I added some diced ham and also used hot italian sausage instead of the ground beef and that gave it a nice kick. The water to rice ratio is off, so I added some more broth. This recipe does need a little tweaking, but overall it was pretty good.

Aussie Chicken

I sauteed the mushrooms, set aside, fried the bacon, removed, and then browned the chicken in the bacon grease. It was excellent! The honey mustard (without the corn syrup) was sooooo good! I will definetely be making that again! It's a great dipping sauce for fries!
