This really is one of the best muffin recipes ever. We have made them twice, the first time with Whole Wheat & All Purpose Flour the second with just All Purpose, both ways they were great and really "To Die For"

WOW! This is amazing!!! We used freshly picked blueberries and a Jello cheesecake mix. Even my niece who doesn't like blueberries loved it! Easy and delicious, we will make it again.

Great Recipe! I have passed this on to many girlfriends who use it for gatherings at their house all the time. I always keep the ingredients at our summer cabin for a quick meal too. The only thing different I do is use a jar of Southwest salsa instead of a can on tomatoes it provides some of the additional seasoning others have suggested.
