Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets
They were a big hit for the Thanksgiving party I went to. Will make again!

Easy Peach Cobbler II
Awesome recipe. The whole pan is gone already, I'm about to use some frozen strawberries for another batch. I used fresh peaches. Hint: if you place fresh peaches in boiling water, the skin peels right off. I also cut back the sugar. YUMMY!!!

Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip
This recipe definitely needed some help. Great base, but I had to add many things to it. I added green onion dip mix, green onions, extra beer, and marinara sauce. Was able to save it, but would look for another recipe next time.
