Bread and Celery Stuffing
After reading other reviews where some stated this recipe was bland, I made a few changes. I used a very heavy French bread, sliced mushrooms, and added a little crumbled rosemary, thyme leaves and white wine to the broth which I boiled for a few minutes. There was no stuffing left since everybody had second helpings. Great flavor.
