Crab Tartlets
Delicious recipe. I would definitely recommend using the pre-made filo cups. I made my own and it took too much time.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing
Nice flavor to the dressing. I marinated the cucumber and red onion overnight and added the tomatoes a few hours before serving. Next time I am going to try an English cucumber and perhaps olives. Fresh dill is a must.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
After reading other reviews where some stated this recipe was bland, I made a few changes. I used a very heavy French bread, sliced mushrooms, and added a little crumbled rosemary, thyme leaves and white wine to the broth which I boiled for a few minutes. There was no stuffing left since everybody had second helpings. Great flavor.
