Celery Stuffing
makes enough for 20lb turkey at least. used bag of dry bread crumbs from grocery store, needed extra broth. very good - lots of comments as how it was better than stove top.

Herman Reunion Cheese Ball
this got rave reviews from friends at the party - I added a bit of garlic and herb feta that I had, and I skipped the pecans & parsley since I was shaping it as an igloo with olive penguins - but it was great!

Merry Berry Salad
I wasn't impressed with this salad at all - and I had such high hopes for it. I took it to a Christmas party, there was another green salad there as well, but no one hardly touched mine. I found the dressing to be both too sweet and too vinegary, if I were to make it again (which I probably won't) I think I would skip the apple juice concentrate (too sweet) and cut the vinegar to 1/3 cup, and use cranberry juice (not concentrate) to make up the difference in liquid.
