Asparagus Quiche
My husband raved. Said it was the best quiche he's ever had. Only one small modification, I sauted the aspqragus with onions in olive oil before putting it in the crust. So easy and delicious!

Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice
I did what one reviewer suggested and added the fish sauce and oyster sauce in the oil for a bit before adding the chicken. This is an old trick my mom uses to take the strong fish smell out of the fish sauce. I also had to add two extra cups of rice since it was quite wet. I'll have to try seafood or beef next time. Excellent dish!

Creamy Chicken With Pasta and Broccoli
I did the changes the other reviewers suggested. I used chicken broth instead of water and sauted some garlic and onions before cooking the chicken to add flavor. I also sprinkled pepper flake to add some heat. Yummy!
