Pumpkin Roll I
I use 2 teaspones of pumpkin pie spice and a little cinnamom and it comes out perfect. We have been making it for a few years, one of my husbands favorites.

Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip
The Balsamic vinegar is to strong. Need to add more olive oil when serving. Will not make this again.

Tart Lemon Triangles
I added a little extra lemon zest, we like it lemoney. Other wise it was fabulous.
