Italian Confetti Pasta Salad
Great pasta salad and super easy to prepare. Very basic but I think it could easily be changed with different veggies, etc.

Chicken Stir-Fry
Excellent dish, and quick to prepare. I agree with other posters about it being a bit bland, but that is an easy fix. I was low on ginger, so that could be part of the problem. Next time i'll add some water chestnuts and a bit more spice. Everyone loved it here and it was a great way to get more vegi's into my family.
