Mashed Potato Hot Dish
Very good, but simple. I used sharp cheddar and lots of it! My family loved this,easy to make and it's great for using up leftover mashed potatoes.

World's Best Lasagna
Great recipe; I modified it using my own sauce but the rest was perfect!

Viennese Crescent Holiday Cookies
Very good! I substituted walnuts for hazelnuts and made balls instead of crescents; the dough softens quickly and the points were crumbling. Delicious!
