I love baking, I started baking when I was 12 years old I made jam filled cookies, and ever since I have been searching for new recipes and challenging other bakers ,I win most of the times.

I love making pies cookies and cakes. beside I love to cook for my family and friends, and they love it.

My family loves Indian Cuisine, I cook the best rice for all occasions, but I personally prefer Italian cuisine
My cooking triumphs
Almost every thing I cook comes out perfectly, Mostly when I make birthday parties my cookies and cupcakes are everybody's favorite
My cooking tragedies
I made turkey for the first time when I got married, and we had 10 people coming to my house, the turkey was left for 2 hours after it was done, so we ended up eating dry turkey.

Honey Bun Cake I
I would like to thank one of the reviewers “CaleyCat” for giving a substitute recipe for the cake mix. I followed her instructions, it came out perfect. I baked it in a bundt pan , added the filling into 2 layers, no need to swirl, it needs 60 minutes at 325 degrees, looks good, tastes wonderful.

Lemon Curd Bars
The look of these bars was fabulous, absolutely wonderful, I wish I had a camera to submit a photo. Next time I will not add baking soda to the crust, I am telling you I am the queen of bars, and I don’t use baking soda at all in my crusts it makes a big diffrence. I used my own recipe for lemon curd: ( ½ cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest ,3 eggs, 13/4 cup sugar, 1teaspoon of corn flour, put all ingredients in the blender for 10 seconds, then cook the curd on a low heat and add ½ stick of butter boil for 5 minutes.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
I made these cookies for my husband, he loved them , I added ¼ cup of flour as some of you mentioned , but it was a mistake, it made the cookies hold their shapes as balls , not flat, so once I got them out of the oven while still soft I gently pressed each one with a spatula to flatten them. So they looked good, but next time I won’t add the extra four maybe only one tablespoon.
