I'm an aspiring chef currently being at stay at home mom to a new baby, and a 3 and 4 year old. I'm a big southern and fat food kinda cook. I also love cooking anything new. My favorite dish would have to be Stuffed Green Peppers or Homemade Lasagna. Homemade noodles cooked in turkey or ham juice at every holiday. Peach Pie, It was hard to make and the whole time I was baking it I thought I had messed it up, but it came out beautiful and delicious. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake without a springform pan. TERRIBLE!
