I live in a small studio with an even smaller kitchen (if you would even call it a kitchen!), but I love to cook and bake for my boyfriend and myself. Anything easy that can be made in a very limited space. I also love grilling recipes to use with my George Forman grill. I also love a recipe called Creamed Tuna that a friend gave to me in college. I'll have to submit the recipe - it's delicious! My grandmother's Breaded Chicken Cutlets are hands-down my favorite meal within my family. I also love my dad's London broil with teriyaki sauce (it has apricot jam in it - yum!). Baking 14 dozen cookies on Christmas Eve morning and assembling them in cellophane bags to give as Christmas presents.
