Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are fabulous! I substituted butter for the shortening and 2% milk for the buttermilk and they turned out perfectly.

Beer Margaritas
I LOVED these! I added extra water to cut the sweetness and they were absolutely awesome! My new fave summer drink.
