She really makes a mean casserole.... I love the melding of many ingredients to the delight of my family, and my meat and potato husband. He tries to pretend disinterest but the lack of leftovers tells the tale. I love multiple ingredients and lots of flavor. If a recipe calls for onion use scallions you will never be disappointed. Teach your sons to cook well and they really will eat at college and meet nice girls that can cook as well. To entertain 100 guests and was able to keep my food fresh, hot and safe.
