Hot Toddy
Great recipe, but I changed one very important thing- I added a tea bag in the first step. I used orange spice tea, but I hear earl grey is pretty good, too. This gives the Toddy a bit more flavor, so it doesn't taste like hot, watered down whiskey. I also used burbon, and it warmed me right up!

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
this was basicly exactly the recipe i was looking for and i didn't even know it. they were very soft and moist. instead of rum extract i used molasses and used less chocolate chips and added rasins.

Easy Olive Oil, Tomato, and Basil Pasta
this was so much better than i expected it to be! i used canned tomatoes and dried basil, which wasn't bad at all. i'm excited to try it fresh.
