Baked Sweet Potatoes with Raisins and Pecans
So delish, and easy. I subbed walnuts and it came out equally delicious. Off to make it again now!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup
I'd try it with soup beef next time and substituted carrots for the canned mixed veggies.
