The best chicken breast ever! My husband likes this better than the Chicken cordon bleu II recipe on this site.I used regular feta 1/2 a chopped tomato, 1/2 cup fresh basil and leeks. Put extra filling around chicken for sauce. Broil for 5 minutes at end to brown bacon.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
A new family favorite! I have been looking for a easy and great spaghetti and meatball recipe for years. Made 20 meatballs added 2x the parmesan. I would have never though to cook them in the sauce. Great texture and flavour. Added 1/2 cup fresh oregano and basil and another clove of garlic when added meatballs. So good!

A really good oatmeal cookie. I increase the oats by 1/2 cup and used spelt flour since we have a wheat allergy. Chilled in fridge for 1/2 hour before baking. Baked at 350 for 12 minutes

Excellent and really easy. We don't use the cream in the sauce as we have milk allergies. We substitute with Almond milk and it is still very tasty!

Spelt Bread II

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
My son is allergic to wheat and we have been struggling to find a bread he will eat. He really misses bread! This is it. He loves it and will even eat it 1-2 days later. We use almond milk(he hates rice milk) and have used honey or stevia instead of sugar. It is a heavy dense loaf, but slices nice thinly and doesn't crumble.
