Christmas Eve Oyster Stew
I've used this same recipe for years with one change. I do add one Tablespoon of flour after the onion is cooked before adding the milk and seasonings. This is a really wonderful recipe - simple and delicious. Oh and I use the white Worchester Sauce rather than the dark.

Garden Stuffed Baked Potatoes
I microwaved a fork pierced 9 oz potato for 3.5 minutes, cut in half lengthwise and scooped out centers which I mixed with 1 Tbsp each of Red Pepper Spread, light mayo, and fatfree half and half. Added 3 oz of broccoli and refilled the two halves. Then, rubbed potato skin lightly with olive oil, sprinkled tops with garlic powder and pepper and baked at 375 degrees for 20 minutes (alongside a piece salmon) in my toaster oven. Each potato half - 131 calories, only 2 grams of fat and 4 grams each of fiber and protein. Pretty "red & green" and tasty!!

Sheryl's Baked Potatoes
I precooked the whole potatoe (after pricking with a fork) for 3 minutes in the microwave, then cut it using the wooden spoon, fanned it out and added the butter and seasoning, and then finished (about 15 minutes) at 425 in my toaster oven. The skin was so crisp and delicious. I served it with a dollop of fatfree sour cream instead of cheese since I was having fish.
