Sunday Best Fruit Salad
This recipe was a big hit at our 4th of July BBQ. I used Granny Smith apples because it sounded like it would be super sweet and the apples did add a nice tartness. Also I added some blueberries since I had them left over from another recipe. This salad has a great flavor and was even better the next day though not as pretty.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I made this dip for a Christmas party I had this weekend and wow , what a hit! I got numerous compliments. My fiance and I were disappointed that there was none left over! Very Yummy. I added more mozzarella on the top but that was the only change.

Peach-a-Berry Pie
This pie was simply delicious. I even used a Pillsbury crust! It was quite soupy even after cooling on the counter for 3-4 hours. I refrigerated it and about 4 hours later, it was perfect! Sweet with a little tartness...I wish I had some vanilla Ice cream but I am afraid it will all be gone before I can get to the store! Thanks so much!
