Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
Very good. I used white kidney beans and as advised by another person, I also pureed a can of the white beans to thicken the soup. I doubled recipe and used only one can of the jalapenos, it was still plenty spicy. Served with a nice wholegrain crusty bread. Perfect!

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup
Very good soup! I used hot italian sausage, added a package of chopped spinach and 1 cup of corn. It was very hearty. Will make again and again.

Saltine Toffee Cookies
Tracy saved my sanity! I had a case of 1000 saltine crackers that I did not know what I was going to do with! I tried the recipe lastnight and loved it! Everyone that walks within 50 feet of my house will be getting a tin of these this Christmas! Has anyone tried them with white chocolate and crushed peppermint on top like the peppermint bark candy?
