This one was a hit at our house. It was very easy to prepare and the end result was really tasty. Very moist and lots of flavor. If I did anything differently, I would maybe add a little more honey and a little less mustard next time, but that is because I like a sweeter meat. I will definitely prepare this again!

This took a little more effort than I would have liked on a weeknight, but it was very tasty. My husband especially loved it. The sauce is very rich. Definitely not for those on a diet. I will be sure to make this again in the sometime soon.
