Mine did not set properly. I know it was something I did, but not sure what. Maybe did not boil enough? I know the cook time is critical, so I timed it at one minute from the time it became a rolling boil. They are still delicious, just not easy to get off the wax paper. Will try them one more time.

This is delicious. My first batch turned out wonderful. The second batch, I tried doubling the recipe and it did not harden. I am not sure if I did not cook it long enough or if I shouldn't have doubled the baking soda at the end because it foamed a lot more than the first time. It turned out chewy but still good, so I dipped it in chocolate...scrumptious. Gotta love that you can turn a mistake into something still wonderful :o)
