I am a highschool senior who likes to cook I love cooking spicy meals and foods, buy my absolute favorite kind of thing to cook is desserts that involve chocolate! Well I am Cuban so the kind of food cooked around me is arroz y frijoles, puerco asado, fricase de pollo... and other fatty foods Cakes! I am great at making sweets and cakes. I could slaughter the original recipe and it will still taste good! Sauces don't really work to well for me... I'm not too good in blending the tastes of certain things. I usually just wing it.
