Spicy Lemon Pork Saute
I used pork tenderloin because I like that better and it just needed a shorter cooking time. Also, garlic doesn't sit well with my husband so I only used a touch of it and substituted half an onion for the rest of it. I also followed the advice of others and cut the cayenne down to 1/4 tsp because 1/2 seemed like too much for the size of the dish (I think I had less pork than most also). Also needed to add a bit of water to saute because there wasn't enough liquid. It came out perfect! Husband loved it and we will definitely be making this one again.

Stuffed Peppers
This is a great stuffed pepper recipe! The only things I would change are using more sauce and planning on only 4 peppers. My husband loves them and they taste very close to what my mom used to make me as a kid, if not the same.

Bacon Chicken II
I'm only giving this four stars because I didn't follow the exact recipe. I thought a whole bottle of bbq sauce sounded like a lot and thought the whole idea of this recipe would come out better on a grill. I brushed the chicken with bbq sauce, wrapped two bacon slices around each one, secured the slices with toothpicks and tossed on the grill. Came out great and will definitely make again!
