i used a heaping 1/4 cup of dried bing cherries and dried cranberries. and a little less butter. a nice alternative to the usual tomato, cucumber, garlic, etc. couscous.

This salad is fabulous! I've become known as "the salad girl" among a group of friends that gets together for dinner every few weeks. After looking for a new recipe to mix it up, I made this salad for our last dinner, and we all loved it! The dressing is tangy and really goes well with the cheese. But, for me, it's the contrast between the sweet grapes and tart grapefruit that makes it!
