BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Fantastic! I used a pork roast and cooked about 10 hours in the slow cooker on low heat with the beef broth. When I got home I simply took it out of the slow cooker, shredded, added BBQ sauce and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. I do believe the last 30 minutes in the oven is what took it over the top. I received great reviews from all family members. This is even better tasting the next day if you are fortunate enough to have leftovers. It's a keeper for sure!

Old Fashioned Raisin Pie I
Definitely a great raisin pie! I made this to share with Mom & Dad and they loved it! Using a store bought crust, I found this to be a quick & easy. The recipe is wonderful as written. I will be making it again soon.

Pumpkin Fudge
FANTASTIC!!! I was so pleased with the results! I divided it up and asked for reviews from my parents, sisters, & their families, and all of them called me to say how much they enjoyed it. I did cut the cinnamon down to 1/2 tsp. and added 1/2 tsp.of pumpkin pie spice and it really seemed to bring out the wonderful flavor. I also was sure to grease the foil with butter and had no problems. This will definetly be a keeper!
