Tartar Sauce I
Who Knew tartar sauce was made out of such simple ingredients! I will NEVER buy it again - thanks for a great recipe!

Oaxacan Tacos
Okay - I ate them just as stated - although I used canned "tamed" jalapenos - and I just cut up one slice per taco - but it was amazing that I couldn't even tell it was in there!! I tasted them before putting them in and they did seem a little hot, but not when in the taco. For my boys (very picky boys, I might add), I forgot the cilantro and lime, and took out the onions for my pickiest eater, and added sour cream and cheese. They were begging for more - even just the cooked sirloin. It was great that I could so easily adjust for each one of us in the family. Thanks for a great recipe!

Amazing Chicken
I actually thought this was very good!! Even my picky 3 and 6 year olds ate it all. I planned this at the last minute - had partially defrosted whole chicken breasts. I did the mayo and crumbs, then sprinkled with Lawry's and at the end put some fresh parm on top. It was very good, though it took 45-60 min., probably because the chicken breasts were still somewhat frozen - definitely a keeper!
