Banana Banana Bread
I made this bread because I had over ripe bananas I didn't want to go to waste. my son and I both loved this recipe. I made a few changes though I used nutmeg, apples sacuce and smashed bananas, 1/4 cup of chopped almonds, ground flaxseed and wheat germ. This made the bread a little healthier and let me serve it to me son as breakfast with a guilt free consious.

Monkey Bread IV
My four year old son loved this "cake". He isn't q real sweet eater at least not yet. But I let him help make it since it was so easy to make and then we baked it an hour. Next time I will probably make a little cream cheese frosting to spread over it. But my son loved at and request it often.

Easy Peach Cobbler
This was a very decadent and great tasting dessert. I did make some changes, I used nutmeg instead of cinnamon. I used a pastry blender to mix the cake mix, cream cheese, butter, nutmeg and small amout of sugar. I used canned peaches that I first prepared on the stove top to make sure they were well seasoned and not too watery. With my changes this became a very rich dessert. certainly not figure friendly but very tasty. I will continue to make this dessert and make changes but this si a very good way to use some peaches and cake mix!!!!!!!!!!
