Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
The flavor of the celery salt/seed (we use seed) goes wonderfully with the tilapia. Be sure to only soften the butter, not melt it. (melted butter will cause the sauce to be runnier than you want). Also, grated parmesan is actually better than shredded for consistency and flavor in this dish.

Fluffy Pancakes
Not as fluffy as I was hoping and had a bit of a greasy, baking powdery taste

Simple Beef Stroganoff
As others say, a great starter recipe. It is thick, but I like it that way. Someone suggested bacon, which turned out to be a FANTASTIC choice. I added onion, garlic, mushrooms, and milk. Next time I'll try beef broth.
