Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
The base is good, but some tweaks here and there would make it much better. I would saute the onions before adding to the casserole; also, a touch of some sort of spice like cumin can go a long way in a dish like this. I sprinkled some tortilla chips on top for a nice crunch.

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets
The breading would not stay on on the cutlets while I was cooking them. The few bites I got that did still have the breading were good, but overall, I think I'll pass on this recipe in the future.

World's Best Lasagna
This is an awesome recipe! I only simmered my sauce for 1 hour (due to a time crunch) and I baked it for 25 minutes w/foil, and only about 10 without the foil, as it was brown enough already by the end of the 10 minutes. I did have left over sauce, like others have said. My family *raved* over this lasagna! This is a new family favorite here! Thanks!
