Snow Flakes
Excellent recipe. Worked great in my cordless cookie press, even my 4 year old made beautiful snowflakes! I used 1/2 C. shortening and 1/2 C butter. Tastes good but I'd like them to melt in my mouth like the powdered sugar recipes.....those don't work well in my press though!

Russian Tea Cakes I
Excellent! I used ground almonds in the dough and added a little dribble of half and half to ckeep the dough moist. I also added around a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the dough when mixing in the nuts. I baked them at 325 for longer and they are perfect!!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I followed the recipe exactly as well. But it nevered beat into the sugar, just got all 'doughy' like cookie dough. I pressed into the pan and the grease just rose to the top. Perhaps I cooked the sugar too long???
