Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

This is a very moist, delicious cake! I doubled the recipe to make a larger cake for a birthday. I did not double the liqueur, because once I added the first half, the flavor was quite strong. Will definitely save this recipe to make again!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

My 2 yr old and 4 yr old LOVE these muffins! I had to hid the container of them. otherwise they would have eaten all of them the first day! I did follow the advice of other reviewers and increased the amount of PB and bananas to about 1 cup.

Soft Chocolate Cookies

These are delicious! Almost like a brownie - very soft and chewy. I added some chocolate chips and coconut to mine for a bit of extra texture. I also did not need to refrigerate the batter before rolling the cookies.

Blender Salad Dressing

This is a really tasty dressing! I put it on a salad with raisins and almonds, and it was delicious. The recipe does make a LOT of dressing though - I used it on our salad for dinner, and had about 1/2 quart leftover!

Scones

Loved these scones! They have the perfect "scone" texture. I added a bit of almond extract and slivered almonds to mine, and they were fabulous - thanks for a great recipe that will be added to my recipe box!

Dad's Oatmeal Cookies

These were good - my kids LOVED them - the only change I made was to add some raisins. They were a bit "cakey" for me though.

Monkey Bread II

I had never had or mad monkey bread before - I did not know wat I was missing! It was delicious - like a cinnamon bun, but every piece was like my favorite part - the gooey center! I think next time I may add a bit more cinnamon, but otherwise a terrific recipe!

Sugar Cookie Icing

I used this icing on the "Best Rolled Sugar Cookies", and it turned out perfect - set nice and hard, but not crunchy, and tasted great! This one's going into my regular rotation!

I LOVE these cookies! The only alteration I made to the recipe was to add 1-2 tsp of almond extract. I made a double batch to take to a party, thinking there would be leftovers, and there was not a single cookie left to take home.

Emily's Famous Marshmallows

I made these as a Christmas treat, and they are DELICIOUS! I also found them quite easy to make. I found that they were set after only a few hours in the fridge. I cut them into squares and rolled them in toasted coconut - YUM! Thanks for the great recipe - I will definitely make them again!
