About this Cook
I'm a SAHM with triplets, who are picky, picky, picky eaters. (they come by it naturally I'm afraid!)
My favorite things to cook
Cajun Meatloaf & Barbeque Shrimp thanks to Paul Prudhomme, Italian Stew thanks to Buca di Beppo & a few other recipes from an authentic Italian cooking cookbook. (I'm not creative in the kitchen)

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
My husband & I love, love, love this recipe but will probably cut back on the chilis next time--a bit too spicy for our kids. We used fresh (not frozen, as suggested by some) chicken breasts and dropped them in raw, as suggested by several people. I doubled all ingredients except for the corn. I'm so thankful to my husband, who found this recipe for us, and CookinBug for coming up with it!!!

Drunken Camper Mix
This is a wonderful recipe. It smells pretty potent and boy does it ever make a juicy and flavorful steak!
