Christmas Cauliflower
omitted pimentos. was tasty and creamy, but I felt it needed to be baked longer---it was better reheated the 2nd day when the top brownd and crisped up more. I suggest baking a bit longer.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
crowd pleaser! I was apprehensive about this recipe (we usually use cream sauces) but it was wonderful--light and flavorful! smelled great too. Only change I made was I poured the sauce over the asparagus for the last few minutes of roasting so they really soaked up the taste. yum.

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes
fantastic, creamy flavor! I left out bacon (served with ham)and it was plenty flavorful! must cool potatoes after microwaving before slicing, or they will fall apart (I ran mine under cold water to speed up cooling process and firm up a bit). wonderful recipe!
