I've had a lot of years to hone the skills required in preparing and sharing joyous meals! I guess I'd have to say that Italian meals rank as number one, however, that doesn't mean that I'm not off on a quest for any other ethnic recipes! my grandmother, 'Splendid' always served german meatballs and her homemade buns for am Christmas Eve snack after midnight mass and you can bet I'm following in her footsteps! I'd have to say that feeding my 3 children for many many years and only having one complaint must surely be a triumph, doncha think? I can honestly say........if I've had any, thankfully, I've forgotten all about em
